I’ve also led and contributed to a range of high-impact fintech projects for TD, at where I advocated for UX best practices and helped strike the right balance between regulatory requirements and user experience, including:
end-to-end new feature design to support digital transformation,
implementation of parallel flows to address unmet needs while preserving the legacy system’s look and feel,
modernization across both responsive web and native mobile platforms,
compliance-driven initiatives
These efforts required close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business objectives, user needs, and technical realities.
